Learn to build core strength, flexibility and flow through a variety of movement practices and micro-exercises. Coming from a very mixed movement background I like to change things up between dance, aerial, calisthenics, athletics and yogic movement practices.

Hanging, crawling, twisting, rolling, turning, stretching, contracting… the list is endless.
