Cancellation policy

A missed lesson/session is defined as an appointment that you do not show up for or an appointment that you provide less than 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. 

Lesson/session Confirmation

Autumn will contact you via text/whatsapp to confirm the date, time and location of the booking(s) made. Please reply to confirm the lesson/session. If you have not confirmed with Autumn, she reserves the right to reschedule. 

Autumn will send a reminder text the day prior to your lesson/session. 

The agreed upon time slot will be the length of time the lesson/session will last, any changes within the 24hrs notice period (i.e. making the lesson/session shorter) will still be charged according to the original confirmation time slot. 

Late Arrivals

Please keep in mind busy schedules. If you are running 5 minutes late please inform Autumn via text, whatsapp or call. Any arrivals later than 5 minutes this is lost time and the class will finish according to the agreed time slot.  

Booking and Payments

Lessons/sessions will be paid per hour. A minimum of 6 hours is to be paid in advance, but these can be used in blocks starting from 1hr. E.g. 6 x 1 hr, 4 x 1.5hr or 3 x 2hr etc.

Once paid, you have 3 months to redeem the block from its date of purchase. Autumn will send a confirmation of this booking via text or email (your preference) detailing the block purchased and expiry date. 

Lesson/session Cancellation

If a missed lesson/session occurs within the 24 hours notice period Autumn reserves the right to charge this missed lesson/session, and so this will be deducted from the prepaid block of 6 hours. 

By proceeding with lessons/sessions with Autumn you are agreeing to and are understanding of this cancellation policy.
