Do I need to be flexible to do Yoga?

No! In fact, this is probable a very good reason to start. Flexibility is not the main purpose behind yoga but it is a very very happy benefit. Many people start yoga for this very reason… and they never look back or regret the decision.

I’m booked in for a stretch/yoga session, what do I need to bring or wear?

Wear clothes you are able to meet your end ranges in… AKA where gym or yoga clothes. For a stretch session, please bring a fresh pair of socks to wear.

Can my friend join me for the 1-2-1 yoga session?

Absolutely but please inform me at least 24 hours ahead of time.

I feel stiff/tired/unbalanced/unwell and I don’t know what I need. Can you help me?

Yes of course, let’s first just have a chat. from there we can get moving or we can book in a formal consultation to see how you are, what you are doing, and where your imbalances might be so we can work out a plan for you.
